A Year of Growth and Impact
We’re proud to share that this year, the Lisa Fahey Foundation extended over $48,000 in direct support to more than 40 South Australian families affected by cancer.
This marks a significant increase from last year, when we provided $25,000 to 27 families—nearly doubling our reach thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters.
Your donations helped cover essential living costs such as rent, utility bills, phone and internet services, car registration, and more—providing tangible relief to individuals and families navigating diagnoses including breast cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, bowel cancer, and other carcinomas.
This year also saw an exciting expansion of our support into regional areas, through a collaboration with McGrath Foundation nurses working across the Adelaide Hills. This partnership enables us to reach patients at hospitals including Mount Barker, ensuring families outside metropolitan Adelaide receive the same compassionate support.
